Apricot kernel oil (AKO) is obtained from the seeds of the apricot and is a light coloured oil. It has a nutty flavour which makes it a tasty addition to deserts and other recipes

There are two types of oil, Cosmetic only and Edible.  Huzna Bytes AKO is cold pressed, edible  oil of the highest grade.

Therapeutic properties
